How do i convert movies off my ipod?

I have some tv shows and movies that i got off iTunes and i want to rip them so i can watch them with windows media player. Is there a program that i can use to do this? Thanks in advance.

Not legally. The movies are protected and will only play on QuickTime. Perhaps there's a program, I just don' think I could help you with that at the moment.
