Just wanted to let you know, when I purchased the 80GB ipod video, I got the Agent 18 VideoShield Kit immediately from the apple store. Well worth the 29.95 IMO.

Last night, I put my ipod on the entertainment shelf, kind of quickly, as my kids were at my heels, and it fell off:o It fell about 5 feet, and smashed on the tile floor. I couldn't belive it. I picked it up immediately, looked at the case, and not a scratch, dent or anything to the case or the ipod. 24 hours later, and many viewings of tv shows. All seems to be working fine. Thank God.

Wow, never in my wildest dreams did I think it could/would have survived, but me thinks last night I was a very lucky lady.

I am expecting my InvisibleShield to come Wednesday, now I just hope that the agent 18 case will still fit.:rolleyes: From my searching of the forums, it appears if I had the 30GB, i'd have no problem, but I'm guessing since I have the 80GB, it will be a bit too small:(

I also like the idea someone asked about, putting the invisibleshield on the outside of the agent 18, so as to prevent scratching. Hmmm....

Anyone ever try this? or think it might work?? So far, after a month, I don't have any scratches on the ipod, or at least none visible to my eyes. So the case is doing it's job.

I guess, if it gets scratched up eventually, I could just buy another Agent 18 case.
