Alright here goes, I will try to explain the problem I'm having.
I bought an IPod from a friend at school... I was told it works, it plays songs so I think it does. Well I didn't get a Cord that goes from the comp to the IPod, but no big deal right... my dad has an IPod. Well at the bottom when you plug it in it says Apple IPod but when I open up ITunes to restore it, it causes an error and crashes. So I'm just wondering why this is happening, do I need another cord or are they all the same? What else could be the problem. BTW, it charges with his wall charger but not when hooked to his comp.
