I downloaded and synced Saduko to my new video ipod. It shows up under extras/games, but when I select the Saduko, I get the message "This game cannot be played. Connect your ipod to itunes and reinstall the game".

I did that as well as all of the other usual strategies (the 5 R's).

Interestingly, I also have an older 30GB video ipod and the game plays perfectly on that one.

I saw a thread in another forum about this error and the user had to create a new user account on their computer and open itunes under that new user account so that a new itunes account would be created. That seemed to work, but I don't want to have to do that with my computer at work. The IT Center might not appreciate it.

Anyone else having this problem or have any solutions?

Oh yeah, I'm in the process of submitting my second support email to Apple since they haven't responded to my first one yet.
