itunes 7.0 (and 7.01) and motorola phones issue

Sooooo, I know I am not the only one who has noticed that any songs imported into itunes 7.0 and now 7.01 show up on the slvr (and I am assuming the rokr, and v3) but fail to play. Has anyone figured out how to fix this? My guess is this fix is not at the top of apple's to do list quite yet.

Actually they know about this problem, it's Motorola who has to update the firmware in order to get rid of the problem. Wheter they've done that or not, that I do not know.

Sorry,
But thats not entirely true. Its apple's software on motorola's phone. It has nothing to do with the firmware on the phone that drives the phones functions, settings etc. My phone syncs fine with my contacts, uploading photo's etc. Motorola has no more right than you do to change the itunes software that is loaded on the phones.

Well I guess you were right, anyway the problem is fixed now, at least that's what it says on the SLVR's wiki page.

Wasn't Apple involved with these phones as well - then they released v7 without proper testing. Not good apple :(

So, I confirmed it, itunes 7.02 upgrade does fix the motorola slvr music problem. Kind of disapointed that it took this long, but better late than never. Thanks apple.;)
