video pauses then comes back without sound

I put a few videos on my ipod and for every single one of them, the movie startes with sound, plays for a few seconds then pauses/freezes for a second or two then resumes where it stopped. But it returns without sound!!! :confused: What should i do??

i'm with FlatLine on this. check to see what software version is showing up in the "About" screen on the ipod:http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93961 (Where's the iPod About screen, and what's in it?)
if it says version 1.1, try updating your ipod software. see:

i had version 1.1 so i updated it to 1.1.2 (i think the newest version) and now it works. THANKS!!:)really confused at 2007-11-15 12:27:55 >
