Is there a program, that can convert directly from the DVD disc to Mpeg 4 or H.264?

Just so you know: I am a Windows user, so please bring me some Windows software :p

I don't know of a direct, but there are 2 programs dvd decrypter and pspvideo9 (pspvideo9.com) dvd decrypter can be found in alot of places just google it
