Just Bought an iPod Video: A Few QQ

I had a friend who had their supplied headphones fall-apart on them... I was wondering what is Apple's replacement policy for the supplied earbuds? Is it 1-year or 90-days?
Also, has anyone seen iSkins designed for this 5th Gen iPod yet?

it is too early. However, I read that Proporta has begun designing a variety of accesories for the 5G iPod. I would assume that by mid November we would see a bunch of accesories from all sort of suppliers. Congrats on the buy!
