Chapters in Podcasts

When I listen to books from Audible.com on my iPod, I've noticed that there are chapter marks on many books. What this allows me to do is skip ahead to the next chapter with just one click of the mousewheel. I'm wondering if this is something that is possible to do with podcasts. For instance, let's say that you have four distinct segments of the show. You could set it up so that there is a chapter mark at the start of each segment. This would allow the listener to easily skip through the podcast. I think this would be particularly helpful for longer podcasts.

Does anyone know if this is achievable? I'm guessing that this might be a proprietary feature of Audible and their DRM but I'm not sure.

(Note: I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered. I searched around for a while and couldn't find an answer. If someone has already answered this please feel free to just point me to the thread.)

Just found this in the Books & Spoken Word section:

Looks like it might do the trick but doesn't necessarily look easy. Is this the best (only?) way?
