How can I get Itunes to organize my music into folders?

All my .mp3 files are in one folder. I've heard of having Itunes organize my music into Album and then artist folders. How can I do this?

Under Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced, check "Keep iTunes Music folder organised".

Be wary that this may screw up your library if files are tagged incorrectly. So I would make a backup if it's possible.
