CSI opening song tonight?
Anyone have any idea what the song used in the opening and closing sequences was for tonights CSI show?
(Thurs., Sept. 29, season 6, episode 118)
How about even just enough of the lyrics so I can Google it?
Thanks!

If you're referring to the music that plays when the show starts ... as in the theme...the 3 shows have the following songs:
CSI:Vegas The Who - Who Are You?
CSI:NY The Who - Baba o'Riley
CSI:Miami The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again
Hope this is what you're after

Sorry Jamie, but I had already noticed that they played the same theme song for each episode ;)
I have since found that the song I am looking for here MIGHT be 'Mad World', originally by Tears for Fears, done by Gary Jules. Now I can't wait to get home and start searching for it to see if it is or not!
Papa-
There are a lot of CSI fansites that list most of the music- they just had not yet posted yesterday's when I looked. Google 'CSI music' for some the better sites.

Madkins007-
The song you're looking for is definitely Mad World by Gary Jules. I posted this exact same question here:

Unfortunately, it's not available on iTunes as a single. It's on the Donnie Darko soundtrack, but to get the song they make you buy the whole album.
It's a great song, though.
