I am using my ipod in my car with a rubber protector covering it. I also have a Bose Sound dock at home. I want to be able to connect a cable to the sound dock (female end) and then lay the ipod next to the dock and plug the other end (male) into the ipod without removing the rubber protector. Does anyone know where to get a cable like this or if one even exists? Thanks for any info.
