In my search for a portable speaker system with good fidelity for a new iPod Photo 60Gb, I must admit that the Altec Lansing inMotion iM3 speakers are indeed attractive. Since it can also serve as a dock is a bonus. However, I am concerned about the wide range of opinions from owners, as far as sound quality is concerned. Some loves them & other say that the sound quality is terrible. Of course this is all subjective & I have no idea if comparisons are being made to other portable speaker systems or high-end home speakers. Can anyone here share their personal experiences with this system? Thank you very much.
