itunes' organizing artist name is getting bizzare after each update, it seems? or is it just me having hard time adjusting to this hideously fickle program...
the problem i have basically is about the alphabetical order of the artist name...well the very first version of itunes used to do it just in alphabetical order, but some time later it suddenly managed to ignore the word 'the' included in the artist name(the ones starting with it), like for example 'the arcade fire' goes at first...the older version, however, put 'the arcade fire' along with the artists such as 'the beatles', 'the cure'.

i've been contented with it until i updated my itunes in a recent week. the newest version seems to operate along the same lines as the oldest version...w/ 'the' included.

well it's not like the worst thing that could ever happen to you like losing all the artwork, but it sure is irritating. why don't they just stick to one method? honestly i liked it better when 'the' is disregarded... and on top of that, it's confusing as hell if it's changed with every update. why can't they do anything about it.....or is it just me suffering from this very trivial thing?
