Songs dont play in 5.0 or 4.9

-Do you have any symbols next to the songs in iTunes like "!"? No, the songs are there physically, I can add new songs and they will sync with the iPod as well. The songs play fine in other players, they just sit there in iTunes.
-Did you move your music folder? Haven't moved it in months. The problem started happening once 5.0 was installed.
-Is iTunes pointing toward the music folder? Check under Edit>Preferences>Advance & make sure. Yes, it sees the music, it just won't play it.
