Think I have narrowed it to these two armbands; anyone know of any differences between the two?

Story about the DLO Action Jacket:

After making sure that there was no dirt or debris in the Jacket, I inserted my 30week old pristine Nano into it. After a few minutes, I removed the Nano to find a noticeable scratch along the right face and screen, and several smaller but noticeable scratches on the screen. It seems where the clear plastic attaches to the neoprene is sharp, and not covered with anything to prevent scratches. I emailed DLO, and this is the reply I got:
The material and design of the case, the case is not responsible for scratching the face of your iPod. The neoprene material is non-abrasive, and the seams are covered in order to prevent the case from scratching the iPod. However, due to the design of the case, as it does not completely enclose the iPod, dirt and debris can get caught underneath the case and between the iPod, which could potentially scratch the iPod. However, the case itself is not responsible for scratching the iPod, as the materials used in producing this product are non-abrasive. Since it has been less than 30 days I would take it back to Best Buy for a refund.
So a word of warning: DO NOT BUY THE DLO ACTION JACKET FOR THE NANO.
