I requested to cancel my order but they had already mailed it out. They refunded my credit card that day even though I hadn't even received the shield in the mail yet. They just requested I return the shield once I received it. Didn't even wait to process the refund. Thought that was pretty cool.

i blame apple...they should have let 3rd party companies start developing nano products earlier...now we are left scrambling around trying to proect our purchase with the best available product...seems like 1 comes out every day.

Is it just me or am I having trouble registering my nano invisible shield on the website they have? It keeps saying I'm accessing from an unauthorized domain :

i just sent an email to them about refunding my order i placed just a few days ago. it looks like it hasnt even shipped, from my order status page. hopefully i wont have to receive it and send it back but its good to know they are good with refunds before people try it

so i tried calling and i didn't seem to have as much luck as syncmaster did. the girl who answered seemed like she was high or something... she sounded kind of soft and like she was holding back a few giggles.. kind of strange.
anyway, all she told me was that it looks like it might have shipped and i'll have to ship them back. that sucks since i only ordered last friday but i guess i'm glad they're fast, if i wanted to keep the skins. i assume i'll have to wait until they receive the skins back until they refund me.
