What is Apples Return policy?

im getting really sick of my nano. the volume on it sucks, my third generations ipod volume seems like it goes alot louder, and it just annoys me cause i thought the nano was supposed to be better. i 've had my nano since the first week it was released and i was wondering if apple would give me a new one? does anyone know if this is possible.

MondoLondo - I am guessing that you are based in Europe. If so try GoPod http://gopod.free-go.net/ My nano was EU capped until I unlocked it using GoPod. Also worked for my iPod mini. Volume is fine now.Dan
