here's my story:
I bought a 3G 15gb ipod back in feb. 2003, and it turned out that it had the battery problem. since it was already more than 1 year old, I couldn't get apple care, so I paid 60$ in store and they gave me a new 3g, 15gb ipod.

my question:
do I qualify for the ipod settlement even though I already got a new one? I think I should at least get some compensation for that 60$. I still have the original receipt and the serial number, just not the ipod. So will they give me the 50$ in store credit? The website is very enigmatic, and only tells you certain bits of information. any help would be greatly appreciated.
