Toshiba 1.8" Replacement HD for 3G ipod (10gb)

Hiya,
I'm looking for a replacement HD for my 3G ipod which came with a 10gb HD. I have found this
Toshiba 40GB 1.8" 2MB 4200RPM U100 MK4006GAH and was just wondering whether this will be a suitable replacement?
