Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I have a click wheel 40 gig iPod. I just plug it in to iTunes and realized that all my songs where greyed out!!!! I could not select them or play them. So I decided to update the iPod.... After I did the iPod only displays the unplug cable icon!!!? and the it shuts down...... I tried to charge it but i t does the same thing. I tried to reset it and same thing..... I'm trying to restore it but when i plug ii in to my pc the same icons appear giving me no option whatsoever to restore...... Anye knowledge from the Gurus out there will be greatly appreciated.
