iTrip Question

This may be a stupid question, or already answered (which i could not find). How do i set it up so that when i set my iPod (20gb photo on PC) to shuffle songs, it does not play the radio stations. Can i just uncheck them in iTunes? Any help would be nice.

set up a playlist with all library songs but leave out itrip songs use show browser to categorize
