Ex51lp Question

I just got a brand new pair of these headphones the other day. I was wondering if mine were ok or not. The cable to the left earbud is much shorter than the one going to the right. Is that OK or did I get a defective pair?

the left cord is short than the right because sony designed the ex51, like a lot of their head phonesits suposed to be a "neck chain" thing where the longer, right cord goes behind yer neck, eliminating the loop under yer chin, lyk in the stock ipod
some ppl lyk it, some ppl don't, i personally lyk the neck chain design
