Computer Crashed= no more songs

Alright, well my month old Dell computer "dumped it's physical memory" about 2 weeks ago. I find out that it is normal for Dell's to do this and they'll fix the problem but it will make my computer as if it just came out of the box (re-imagining). It turns out that piece that was dumped of it's phyiscal memory held iTunes with all of my songs and everything that was ever saved on my computer. Currently all of the songs are still on my iPod but not on my computer because of the dumped memory. So my question is, is there a way that i can download iTunes again and just upload the songs that are currently on my iPod to iTunes without getting deleted?

If this message seems confusing just leave a note telling me to rephrase it. I tend to get confusing when i explain things.

Thank you

John.

I used CopyPod when my computer crashed. I got my songs back in about 5 minutes.
