Speed/Slow down Songs & Kill the Dead Air
I have two questions:
I was curious if it was possible on the ipod to cut the "dead air." Like to lose that lag between songs. I would like to have a one second overlap for each song. If at all possible, maybe if there was a "smart" freature that would just simply ignore the dead air between songs on the ipod.
Secondly, is it possible to speed up songs and slow them down on the ipod? Somewhat like what media player has which allows us to adjust the speed settings.
Please respond. Thankyou

no and no
the only way to get songs to overlap/have no gap is to make them into one music file on your computer

It is called Crossfading... And I think I read in the review that it wasn't included in the new ipod :(!

Well the reason why I had ask is because I break dance. We normally hook-up the ipod to a larger system. I was curious if we could continuously play songs without the "dead air" because we routinely have to stop while it switches songs. Another problem is that some old funk songs, rap songs, etc. are simply too slow to dance unless you sped it up. I was curious if they had a third-party software that allowed one to do this. Thks for the help though.
BTW what does the 5G look like?
