Hope this wasn't asked already but I tried searching and I was unsuccessful.

I'm using Total Video Converter as of now and I just converted Anchorman from divx to mpeg-4. The quality is wonderful, however, when I get to a certain part of the movie, the audio and video become out of sync. It seems as though the audio is lagging behind the video, making it a very unpleasant experience. How can I fix this problem with the encoding? Is there something I need to do in Total Video Converter to avoid this?
