Request: VCD conversion tutorial for ipod video

I would like to make a request if anyone has the time to put together a short tutorial for converting VCDs into a format for ipod video?

I know VCDs are practically non-existent in the US market, but I have a lot of favorite VCDs music from overseas that I would like to convert. Thanks in advance :)
