Waiting for Invisible Shield Delivery?

Is anyone else still waiting for their Invisible Shield?? I pre-ordered Oct 12 to be delivered to Toronto, still no sign of it, emailed them a couple times and no response. Anyone have similar experience or some inside info??

i called them 6 days ago, they said they shipped...b.s...my order status still says "new order" they havent shipped ##### yet...im calling them to cancel my order and call the credit card company and get a charge back...pd0x at 2007-11-15 15:35:33 >

they also don't read customer's email properly before answering the questions.i basically emailed them and asked when they will ship my order and when it will arrive.
they basically told me to be patient, my order was shipped on 10/24/05 and it would take 5-7 business days to arrive and i should get it within the next few days.
so i emailed them back and said that if they shipped it on 10/24/05 and today is 11/04/05. That would make today the 9th business day and i still have not received my product. shouldn't i have the right to be concern? the nerve for them to say it would take 5-7 business days.
