I was at a local annual fair (festival, whatever you want to call it) earlier tonight when at a cheap store on one of the fair's occupied blocks I found electrical tape for $1 and 10 velcro pair for $1. I purchased them with a vague idea, and this is what it became, I probably used about a foot and a half of the tape, and half a pair of velcro. Along with a d-ring and a keyring I had, this is what it became.
