Iv been sent a package from apple
a package to send my ipod back to them after i requested repair.
do i wait for someone to come and colletc it (as it says dont seal the package until the courrier has verrified it) or do i jsut seal it up and send it back to them ?
I only have 20 days left on my warrenty so please if any one know what i should do

When I sent in my iBook, I called them and they gave me a time that they would be over to pick it up. I dont recall who did the shipping, but it wasnt fedex or UPS. Maybe Emery?
It should say on the shipping/packing info. Give 'em a call.

pop the ipod inside the plastic thingy, put it in the box, and the fella that comes (uk its ups) will check its an ipod, then shut the box, put the tape thing to seal it, pop it in the bag, and the bloke will take it....
