ipod freezes, warranty question
My ipod is constantly freezing. It will work fine for a day then i'll try and play a song, then it will freeze until it runs out of batteries.
My question is, will apple replace or repair my ipod?
I have not have my ipod for a year yet, and am hoping it would be free. I did not buy best buys extended warranty and they said they wont help... How exactly to a contact apple, is there a way to do it over the phone rather than the internet?
Also, will the apple store be able to exchange my ipod?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i know there are a lot of questions above, sorry!
THANKS

# 2 Re: ipod freezes, warranty question
you don't have to wait for the ipod to drain... try using the reset feature (press and hold menu + center button)
and it's not that hard to find apple's #
try checking apple.com

The same thing happened to me.
And the it gradualy got worse and the hard drive started making grating noises.
I took it in and they said th warrantie will cover it.
