how do create the ipod pics?

you know the adverts where you see an image of a person blacked out holdin their ipod against one colour background, told you can use photoshop to create them, wanna personalise one for me, anyone know how to do it?

I read in MacWorld recently that there's some app but it apparently, costs money. Hmmm...Do a forum search though, I remember that a thread has been posted about it before.
