Ipod with Exclamation Folder sent in
I am sending in my ipod after trying unsuccesfully to fix the thing. What are the chances that Apple wont ##### about it and actually fix it or send me replacement?
There is absolutely nothing wrong about it except a couple of old marker scoffs on the screen.
This sucks, cause break just started and I was looking for some free time between me and my pod.

More than likely they will replace it with a refurb. I had the same problem with my 40gb and the guru at the Apple store sent me home with what looks like a brand spanking new iPod.

That is good to hear. I also read of another similar situation and that individual got his ipod fast.
Do you know how much time it takes once I send it to them?
Hopefully it is fast...

If they have them in stock you should have it in three to four days, at most. My Apple Store orders 4 units a day, so you usually will get one the day you go in, if it is early in the day, otherwise you will have to wait until the next shipment comes in.
