Problem with burning ITunes purchased music

Can someone tell me why after creating a playlist from purchased ITunes music, and then attempting to burn a CD...the program initializes the songs but then doesn't copy. After a few minutes you get an error code..I beliieve it was 4200...
What am I missing......thanks !!
