ive searched around the forums for a problem specifically relating to mine, but these threads are all various. so i want to know if anyone can help me (along with anyone else with this problem), but please dont post unless its relevent. and ipod.ca doesnt let you email them.

ok, the problem is as follows:

i went to my friend's house and used my ipod (4G 20gb) to transfer two files onto his pc. when i plugged it into my pc, my ipod appears in my computer but itunes does not recognize it. i want to update my sond collection, so does anyone else have this problem or can help?
