So my friend has a windows formated mini and always comes to my house and takes my music... but i have a mac. I though windows ipods dont work on macs?

#### ## ### #### ######.I mean... Macs provide compatibility with Windows file systems (floppy disks or CDs formatted in FAT32/NTFS/etc will work in a Mac), but not the other way around.
I remember back in the day when I brought my documents and files (done in Windows at home) to a Mac at school and work with them there, but if I started with a Mac-formatted disk and tried to use them here at home, it's a no-go. I guess the same principle applies today with your iPod.
