I've had a 4Gen 60GB ipod photo for maybe a month and now I'm having problems. I get the apple screen of death. And sometimes the !folder, then other times the !battery. Then, when i can get it into the harddrive mode, i can't connect it to my pc (xp home) without going back to the apple screen. I can't restore or update it b/c with the apple screen my pc doesn't recognize it. I use the winamp plugin if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
