my ipod is giving me serious issues.
Problem: my computer starts is not functioning with ipod.
Ipod: 3g 10 gig. and i use Windows XP
Description: When i connect my ipod to the computer, my computer will make that sound that tells you that an outside device has connected to the comp. Well, anyways, my comp makes that sound, but it wont function with the ipod. I cant restore my ipod back to normal. I can even use itunes to transfer songs to it. My ipod is blank right now with nothing on it. My computer knows my ipod is there, but they wont work with each other. I tried to use my ipod on a friends computer, but that didnt work either. same problems.
The last time this problem occured, i had to reformat my computer, but i dont want to go through that again. Any suggestions?
