This is a general question about my i-pod (I'm running a new 20gig, v. 2.1, windows):

Under "About" under "settings" there is a listing of my i-pod's capacity. It says "Capacity: 18.5 GB" and "Available: 16.6 GB". This can't be right as I have just over 2,000 songs stored on my i-pod, and when I check its availability using another software, it says I've used almost half of my storage... so which is correct?
