I know this has been raised but I have not seen a solution. I have a 15gb IPOD which worked perfectly with my windows XP dell computer until last night. Now my computer does not recognize the ipod. I have both itunes and musicmatch and neither will download music to the player.

I have tried to rest my IPOD and turned my computer off/on off/on seemingly endlessly.

Is there anything I can do?
