maybe someone can explain this.

after i went to charge my ipod, the screen came on and asked what language to set it to.

then i noticed all 4000 songs on it were missing, but the space those songs took up was still there. however, after plugging it in to charge again, and hooking up to the computer, no luck. actually, it wouldn't even recognize the ipod.

anyway to restore the files?? or at least have access to the files, since they are still taking up the space?
