I don't even know how to search for the answer to this problem; here is what is going on:

My Ipod was charging and when i tried to use it; I unplugged it and all there is on the screen is this hugh battery icon that is not moving when I unplug it. It appears to be frozen and none of the buttons will work.

Help! Point me in the right direction!
