iPod Wont Play AAC

I have about 2,000 MP3s on my iPod that work great. I made my first attempt to buy from the iTunes Music Store and my iPod won't play the file...it just hangs and then goes back to the playlist menu.

Yes. Installed 2.1 update. Using iTunes 4.1.1 and have even reformatted the iPod and reinstalled to try it. Still no success.dedavison at 2007-11-15 17:05:18 >

Can you play the file in iTunes? Maybe it's corrupted? Try erasing/transferring again to the pod.palexc at 2007-11-15 17:06:27 >

Unfortunately, the file plays perfectly on my computer. It really seems to be an iPod problem. I hope that someone can tell me that I've overlooked something simple because I sure can't figure it out.dedavison at 2007-11-15 17:07:21 >
