Changing IPOD destination drive....

Hey all-
I have an issue that I'm hoping can be resolved w/o having to reformat my ipod and lose all my songs. Two weeks ago I had everything set up and working on my comp. I had to reformat, and in the process managed to get my main drive formatted as FAT32 and my second hard drive as NTFS. Apparently my last main drive was NTFS, because it no longer recognizes my ipod and says the ipod needs to be formatted. Is there a way to change the installation of the ipod software, mmjb and such, to my other drive so I don't have to lose all my music? I haven't been able to do it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
