I am trying to get the updater installed on my XP box with no luck. When I go to install the software it goes to the status bar and then blows up with the Message "Error:-1603 Fatal error during installation"

I have looked around searched the Forum and only found one other person having this problem. And there was no answer to his problem. Has anyone else experianced this problem?
