When I go to Browse -> Artists the list is in alphabetical order, except for a few entries that I can notice right away. "A Perfect Circle" is between "Pearl Jam" and "Puddle of Mud" and "The Smashing Pumpkins" is between "Santana" and "Soundgarden".

Does iPod have an inherent ordering or is it dictated by an outside source? Is this something I can change? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
