I have a 3G ipod with windows. I have been using Xplay and it worked great, didnt even try Music Match. Well my trial is over and I have been trying to update to the new 2.1 software, and when I go to the updater it sits for a while and then just says, "Can't mount ipod" I dont know what to do.
