When trying to set up my new 20G iPod this is the error message I get:
Error applying transforms. Verify that the specific transforms are valid. C\WINDOWS\ApplicationData\Microsoft/Installer/{593BE84-013B-B34C-B3767C408FAC}\1033.MST

It also hangs on Do Not Disconnect but does appear in the Eject Hardware window so thats not a prob to disconnect

I'm using Windows ME & Firewire.

Any clues of how I can fix this? Could it be my firewire card?

I'm technically challenged & new to all this so please put it in simple terms
