20GB Ipod USB2.0?

I just purchased a used 20GB ipod from someone at work. I have a firewire cable but don't know if this model supports USB2.0. Do all the ipods that can be windows formatted support USB2.0? If so where can a get a USB adapter cable? All the cables I've seen are for the docking station and this ipods has no docking port on it.

Then yours doesn't support USB. If it's an older iPod (1st or 2nd gen) then it only supports Firewire.

You can tell for sure on the iPod: is the connector at the top or the bottom. If it's at the top, it's firewire only, at the bottom you can use either. But 3rd gen 20GB iPods just came out, so I doubt that's what you have.

Do you not have firewire on your PC?

Yes, I don't have firewire on my PC. I was able to upload some songs on a friends laptop. I need to get a firewire card.
