Just Wondering? how everybody has been taken care of by the applecare crew? Please feel free to explain good or bad.
I won't say what I've experenced with them and I know this is not scientific or anything close to it. Just curious.

1. Great
2. Not so Great (Just doin their job)
3. Fair or indifferent
4. Poor (was bothred that you called)
5. Your own grade ( whatever you what to put)
